OpenSTV is open-source software used to implement Single Transferable Vote (STV) and other voting methods such as Instant Runoff Voting, Condorcet Voting, and Approval Voting. It is the only software of its kind that accurately implements STV as used by governments, including Scotland and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
